Parents: How to reserve a room...
Rooms for the players, coaches, and chaperones have already been booked.  There is a
block of 15 rooms for parents.  Parents are able to reserve a room at the same hotel by
following these instructions:

1. Call the Lancaster Visitor’s Bureau – (800) 723-8824 (option 2 is lodging)
2. Ask to reserve a room from the “BAVA112” block of rooms at the Comfort Suites.
3. Give them your reservation information (contact info, credit card, etc.)

OR

1. Go to this website, https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=3420794
2. On the left, Guest Type is “I have an access code” 
3. Enter BAVA112 for the code and fill in the information in the “Search for hotel rooms” fields.
4. The Comfort Suites hotel will be displayed, choose “Select” on the right then follow all the instructions.

 

Important Info:

* Cost: Room with 2 double beds (15D available): $99 + tax per night plus tax
* Rooms not reserved from the block by January 3, 2012 will be given back to the hotel.
* If you need to cancel your reservation, do so by January 9, 2012 to not incur any charges on your credit card.

1. Call the hotel.
2. Ask to reserve a room from the “Bay Area Volleyball Academy Parent” block of rooms
3. Give them your reservation information (contact info, credit card, etc.)


* Cost is $TBD per night plus tax.
* You must reserve a room for two nights (March 9 and March 10)
* Reserve your room by January 15, 2012.  After this date, all rooms left in the block will be returned to the hotel.
* If you need to cancel your reservation, you have until March TBD, 20112  After this date, your credit card will be charged for at least one night.

Below is the information if you would like to reserve a hotel room for the Happy Volley Club Championships tournament on May 26-28, 2012 in State College, PA.  All the players and chaperones will stay in the dorm rooms on campus, please do not reserve any rooms below if you are a player or chaperone.   

BAVA  was able to reserve blocks of rooms at a few hotels.  Please read the details below to see which hotel you would prefer.  If you would rather reserve your own hotel, you are welcome to.  The tournament takes place at Penn State University in State College, PA.  Parents are not required to use the hotels below, nor are you required to attend.  Each team will be accompanied by two chaperones (and two coaches) that will take care of the girls during the weekend.
